BEFORE the festival (phone calls, pickup/delivery, setup).

with the Family Concert on Saturday
Dances - Organizing, Set-up (Thu. afternoon), Take-down (Sun.)

the heavy lifting (piano moves, set-up / take-down stages, etc.).

Please indicate for which concert(s) you are willing to volunteer. Evening needs are split into 2 shifts of about 2 hours each, such as 6:30 to 8:30 pm and 8:30 to 10:30 pm. A volunteer coordinator will call you sometime before the festival to confirm your date and time. Thanks!
